Justine Elliott, Federal member for Richmond, visited Murwillumbah Public School for the official opening of our Building Education Revolution school hall. School patrons and parents were also in attancance at this special occasion.
The Federal Government provided over 2 million dollars so that not only the children of Murwillumbah Public School would reap the benefits of such a wonderful resource, but also the community members who also utilise this facility.
Congratulations to our students who represented our school proudly thorughout this special assembly. Justine Elliott was particularly impressed by the performances of our dance group and school band, who were fantastic.
Murwillumbah Public School will be able to accommodate a wide range of educational learning experiences in our new hall for many years to come.
